Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging, with all items from original purchase in box.
Non-Refundable Conditions:

Custom Orders: Items customized to your specifications are not eligible for refunds.

Damage: Products showing signs of misuse, improper installation, or excessive wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Inspection and Refund:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If refund meets satisfied criteria, you will receive a full refund less shipping costs for return.
