Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, shipping options, and delivery.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
- Please allow additional time during busy seasons or holidays.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Promotional rates, as well as Free Shipping, may be offered at times.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days (Domestic orders), but may vary depending on location.
- Standard ground delivery will be used with all orders, unless other options are
specifically requested.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to Contiguous United States.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or Internationally, but is subject to change.
- We do not currently ship Internationally
- Packaging will be shipped out of Leland, North Carolina, so delivery time may vary depending on customer’s location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website. UPS is our preferred carrier, but other carriers may be used and will provide tracking numbers.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for some shipping methods.
- Deliveries will NOT cover drivers bringing package indoor.
- Drivers will NOT be able to move package from delivery address to another location.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@thecargovalet.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. See Warranty for details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
